Training Programs

  • Youth Athlete

    This program is designed to lay the physical foundation for your U-12 athlete.  Great athletes move efficiently and effectively, and this program will teach each athlete the fundamentals of proper movement mechanics and strength training technique.  Workouts are designed to emphasize competency in strength, agility, mobility and plyometric exercises.  Each training week builds off of the previous week in a progressive manner that will prepare your athlete for high school athletics.  

  • High School Athlete

    This program is a sport-specific program designed to build upon the concepts learned in our youth training program and elevate the athlete to the next level of physical preparation. Utilizing variable training methods, this program will help each athlete become stronger, faster and more durable.  Athletes will become proficient in a variety of training exercises, including the Olympic lifts, preparing them for the transition into a collegiate strength program.  This is the program for the high school athlete who has their sights set on playing at the collegiate level

  • Collegiate Athlete

    This program is all about elite level performance and  focuses on building the most durable, powerful, and dominant athlete possible.  This is our most advanced and technical training program that will provide you the opportunity to gain the performance edge against your competition. The Elite program is your blueprint for achieving your highest physical potential at the top levels of sport.

  • LiveFit

    This is our program for the active adult athlete looking to maximize their physical lifestyle. Focusing on building movement proficiency, general strength, and aerobic conditioning, Livefit will prepare you for the active lifestyle that you love. Whether your calling is outdoor adventures, recreational league sports, or keeping up with your kids, this program will prepare you to live the active lifestyle you have always desired.

  • Apex

    Apex is the program for lifestyle athletes looking to reach peak strength levels. This program is heavy on barbell training, plyometrics, and strength complexes. Push your physical limits and strive to reach the Apex.

  • Burn the Boats

    Burn the Boats is our program designed for the workout warrior who is willing to commit fully to their physical development and eliminate any form of retreat to comfort. This program will combine elements from multiple strength disciplines including power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, and functional bodybuiliding to have you firing on all cylinders. So if you are ready to maximize your functional strength and uncover the aesthetic physique you have long desired, it's time to Burn The Boats.
